1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk55 ("pk55", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pk55 online casino and sports betting platform available at pk55.io and any associated subdomains, mobile versions, or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the pk55 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

pk55 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on pk55, you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. pk55 operates a strict 21+ policy and conducts age verification checks during and after registration. Players found to be under the minimum age will have their accounts closed and all funds — including deposits and any associated winnings — will be forfeited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under legal guardianship or do not have capacity to contract under the laws of your jurisdiction, you may not use pk55.
3. One Account Per Person: Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) pk55 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Winnings accrued in a duplicate account will be void.
4. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. pk55 may require supporting documentation to verify your identity, address, date of birth, and payment method at any time.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list at the time of registration or during your account tenure. If you have voluntarily self-excluded from pk55 or any associated platform, you must not attempt to re-register.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk55 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details.

You agree to notify pk55 immediately via live chat or email if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security. pk55 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account in the event of suspected security compromise, pending investigation.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• pk55 will never ask for your full password via any channel, including live chat or email.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your pk55 account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Account balances are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash except through the standard withdrawal process.
• Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of up to Rs 500 per month, after written notice has been sent to the registered email address.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pk55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer. pk55 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are credited to your pk55 account within sixty (60) seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take one to two (1–2) business days depending on the issuing bank's processing times. pk55 does not charge any fee for standard deposits.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa under standard conditions, and within one to two (1–2) business days for bank transfers. pk55 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or AML checks. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of your request.

pk55 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or mismatched payment accounts may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk55 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer and take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

The following general rules apply to all pk55 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

1. Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount multiplied by 30).
2. Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino table games may contribute a reduced percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
3. pk55 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering with low-risk or contrasting bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or exploiting technical errors in game software.
4. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
5. pk55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on pk55 are provided by licensed third-party software providers and data feed suppliers. Game rules, payout tables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the respective game provider and are accessible within each game interface.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on pk55's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and final result. Technical malfunctions during gameplay will be handled as follows: if a game round is interrupted before its conclusion and cannot be resumed, your stake will be returned to your account balance.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL, UFC, and international football, are subject to the specific market rules published within the Platform. pk55 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious pricing errors, technical feed failures, or instances where the outcome of an event was known at the time of the bet.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets as displayed on the Platform.
• pk55 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts for individual players at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed on live in-play markets are subject to acceptance lag and may be rejected if odds have moved materially before acceptance is confirmed.
• Jackpot wins are subject to independent verification before payout. pk55 reserves up to five (5) business days for jackpot verification.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk55 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds in your account:

1. Fraud & Deception: Any attempt to defraud pk55 or other players, including providing false identity documents, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
2. Automated Systems: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform without explicit written permission from pk55.
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker environment, or sports betting market.
4. Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider for funds legitimately deposited and used on pk55. Players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts permanently closed and may be subject to legal action to recover the disputed amount.
5. Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or technical malfunction to accumulate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
6. Money Laundering: Using pk55 to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or conduct any transaction that violates anti-money laundering regulations.

8. Responsible Gaming

pk55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognise that while the vast majority of players enjoy casino gaming and sports betting for entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviours.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk55 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Requests to increase limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen summaries of your gaming session including time spent and net wins or losses.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to six weeks. During a cooling-off period, access to the Platform is blocked and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block re-registration. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk55 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of pk55 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the Content; scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the Platform; or use the pk55 name, logo, or branding in any context without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk55, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or the cost of substitute services arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

pk55's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to your pk55 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pk55's liability for: death or personal injury caused by its negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Termination & Account Closure

Termination by You: You may close your pk55 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by pk55: pk55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or prohibited conduct.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification checks within a reasonable timeframe.
• If required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.

Upon termination by pk55 for breach, any funds remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where pk55 closes an account for reasons unrelated to player breach — such as regulatory changes — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the pk55 Platform, you agree to first contact pk55 support via live chat to attempt to resolve the matter informally. pk55 will endeavour to investigate and respond to all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal support channels, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the licensing authority under which pk55 operates. The decision of the licensing authority's appointed adjudicator shall be final and binding.

These Terms, and any disputes arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk55 holds its gaming licence. By using the Platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pk55 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pk55 will provide players with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11 above.

The most recent version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page, along with the date on which they were last updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.
